Welcome! My name is Lauren Nichole, founder of Keep Growing & Glowing. I’m a passionate social worker and yoga instructor dedicated to fostering growth, healing, and resilience in individuals and communities.
specialize in offering trauma-informed yoga and other therapeutic approaches designed to empower and support community organizations, schools, and wellness initiatives. By integrating the principles of yoga and social work, I’ve created a unique blend of mindfulness, movement, and community care that inspires transformation and healing.
Through partnerships with local programs and organizations, my mission is to make yoga accessible to those who may benefit most, cultivating spaces where individuals can grow with grace and glow with resilience. Whether it’s hosting outdoor yoga sessions in community parks or collaborating with organizations to design customized wellness programs, I believe in the power of connection to drive meaningful change.
